Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

  1. Scope
    These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by customers (hereinafter referred to as "You") through our online store. The provider of the store is:

  2. Contract Partner and Conclusion of Contract
    The purchase contract is concluded with ZEDA Commerce GmbH "Mr. Barista".

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.
By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart.
The acceptance of the offer is confirmed by an order confirmation sent via email.

  1. Prices and Payment Terms
    All listed prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).
    In addition to the product prices, shipping costs will apply, as outlined in the respective shipping conditions.
    Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).

  2. Delivery
    Deliveries are made to the address you provided.
    Delivery times and shipping costs are specified during the order process.
    If products are unavailable, you will be promptly informed. Payments already made will be refunded.

  3. Right of Withdrawal
    Consumers have a right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal Instructions:
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email) to:

Consequences of Withdrawal:
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments made, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs for alternative delivery methods), promptly.
You will bear the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Warranty and Liability
    The statutory warranty rights apply.
    We are not liable for damages caused by improper use or modifications by the customer.

  2. Retention of Title
    The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

  3. Data Protection
    Information on the collection and use of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

  4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    German law applies.
    For consumers, this only applies as long as it does not conflict with mandatory legal provisions of the country in which the customer resides.

  5. Changes to the T&Cs
    We reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be communicated to you in a timely manner.
